Solid technical experience with requirements analysis efforts for large scale successful IT system implementations. Demonstrated experience as a system requirements lead is a must. Demonstrated experience of at least 6 years with requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation for Business Intelligence, Management information and Data Warehousing projects/solutions/systems. Prior experience with documenting metrics for Management Information in the form of a Fact/Qualifier Matrix is a must. Experience using a fact/qualifier matrix as a data warehouse development tool to organize specific business information needs into a format that aids in developing relational and multidimensional data structures is required. Demonstrated experience with handling requirements Elicitation efforts spanning diverse, large and geographically disparate stakeholder sets using RAD/JAD techniques. Experience with requirements elicitation for developing Business Intelligence dashboards, key performance indicators (KPIs), and reports using Business Intelligence tools Proven ability to document and progressively elaborate requirements using use-cases; to develop general user requirements, detailed functional requirements and system specifications. Experience producing meeting minutes for requirements elicitation sessions. Experience conducting RAD/JAD sessions to gather requirements. Experience extracting and documenting data requirements from Management Information business/functional requirements Solid understanding of relational databases and data warehousing concepts is a must. Understanding of data modeling concepts is required. Proven experience with the following tool sets:- Rational Requisite Pro Microsoft Office Suite Demonstrated proficiency in Data-Management concepts, practices and procedures, extensive knowledge of DBMS in multi-tiered, Web/Client/Server environments, as well as extensive knowledge of data integration, data quality, multi-dimensional design and ETL tools, processes and methodology. Experienced having functioned as the subject matter expert for Business Intelligence by preparing reports and presenting recommendations to upper management. Specific experience having worked on data warehousing projects is required.
