Proven record of managing program life cycle from system design through integration, test planning, and verification via requirements-based execution, quantitative risk management, and formal change management techniques. Exceptional ability to lead cross-functional teams in order to identify program capabilities, assess resources, and collaborate with personnel ensuring projects delivered on time and within scope of budget. Experience creating and maintaining relationship with external support vendors and implementation partners both onshore and offshore. • Expertise in identifying stakeholders, create the stakeholder matrix; perform stakeholder analysis, create the stakeholder management plan; negotiate the support of stakeholders, set clear expectations and acceptance criteria; generate and maintain visibility, confirm stakeholder support; define and maintain communications; evaluate risks and incorporate them in the program risk management plan; develop and foster relationships with stakeholders. • Defining and developing project management practices, governance standards, processes, guidelines and metrics for program management. Developing and enforcing formal criteria for evaluating, prioritizing, selecting and approving projects/new opportunities. Maintaining awareness of trends, business conditions and internal process and practices impacting project/program(s). • Expertise in incorporating effective change management controls. Identify, mitigate and manage risk through implementation of process and tools against consistent delivery.
