MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: Program Analyst is required form the following categories: Consulting Microsoft Windows Back office and Intel Technologies plus MOSS and MSSBI At least four years of experience managing comparable projects and performing the activities described above. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. At least four years of experience working with end users to rollout new systems. Bachelors Degree from an accredited university. Candidates shall possess a high level of aptitude and competence with a strong Microsoft Windows office background and experience in developing, implementing and rolling out complex, high profile projects. OIT and OEHS project managers will carefully screen resumes. Those with a minimum of four years of experience in the areas listed above will be called for an interview. OIT technical and OEHS managerial staff will conduct the interview, which will have duration of not more than one hour, to determine the actual qualifications of each selected candidate. A candidate must demonstrate good oral and writing communication skills as well as technical expertise at the interview to be considered for a position. Desired Skills: -Microsoft SQL Server -Microsoft ISS - Visual C# .NET -Windows 2003 server -SharePoint services -AJAX -Transact SQL -MSS BI Suite -Microsoft Access Additional Needs: The programmer analyst should have the following qualifications/expertise: Web Application Developer using C# language on ASP .NET environment. Candidate(s) should have 4 years of experience using these technologies. Experience using MS SQL Server, Microsoft Reporting server and Transact SQL. The Candidate(s) should be able to design, implement, and maintain database in an MS SQL Server environment. Knowledge of SharePoint development is a plus.
