Job Description : Role aligns to the Marketing Capabilities and Execution team and will support the Marketing Process Capabilities Portfolio within Marketing Operations. The portfolio is comprised of 20+ projects related to an integrated suite of individual marketing technologies and marketing operations process enhancement initiatives. The portfolio is highly complex, highly visible, and a major investment supporting multiple lines of business and Enterprise Marketing in the end-toend campaign strategy, development, execution, and measurement lifecycle. We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to conduct early and mid-stage discovery, sizing, estimation, and prioritization of potential new projects and/or scope for existing projects. This work supports a recently-established Intake and Delivery Governance Committee e within the portfolio tasked with dispositioning proposed new projects based on their relative business and strategic benefit, risk level, impact on projects in-flight, and other factors. This role also supports forward strategic planning for proposed initiatives that are approved as projects. The key responsibilities for this role are in a strategic planning capacity. This is not a technical or systems analyst role. Interaction with specific marketing technologies or technology teams is minimal. The primary audience is business leadership Key Responsibilities: Interview stakeholders to elicit the required details about proposed - projects and scope - Analyze data across initiatives submitted for intake and leverage scorecards and other criteria to make prioritization recommendations - Manage and track the intake inventory - Assist in updating dashboards and status reports - Participate in ad-hoc discovery and requirements analysis for presentment to executive audiences - Assist with creating the necessary artifacts to implement the define operating model for the committee - Support project-level leadership with mid-stage discovery on prioritized initiatives - Provide general analysis support, requirements traceability, and management as needed to inform decisions on strategic and solution approach Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience of business analysis experience, preferably in a marketing context - 2+ years of experience in financial services - Possess an active CBAP Certification from the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) - Advanced skills in Excel, including VB Scripting - Advanced skills in PowerPoint - MBA preferred Skills: - Strong self-starter with proven ability to work independently - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Able to support multiple projects simultaneously - Clear, concise, articulate communicator   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
