Project Verification Info : Data Management Team Job Description : Responsibilities: Develops and supports ETL architecture and processes to support business applications, including: Change-Data-Capture (CDC) type I and type II strategies Batch Process error detection, mitigation, and notification strategies ETL error detection, mitigation, and notification strategies ETL performance monitoring and tuning strategies Comprehensive Documentation of all of the above activities Works with physical Data Modelers, DBAs, and Informatica engineers to continuously enhance ETL code and improve ETL performance and reliability while maintaining simplicity Manages source data catalogue Maintains and enhance ETL development standards Leads a team of onsite/offshore vendor resources Plans and coordinates release management aspects as well as development sprints Requirements/Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Mathematics and 7+ years of Informatica/ETL related work experience Demonstrated success in professional services consulting projects in a leadership or individual contributor role Additional relevant hands on experience in all of the following technologies is a requirement: Oracle 11 or above, Physical Modelling, Administration, or PL/SQL expertise; Certifications are a plus Deep Informatica expertise Experience with Oracle Data Warehousing environments Experience with Large Databases, at least 1TB Experience with patching, upgrading, and refactoring ETL, especially in production environments Candidate should have implemented and have hands on experience and knowledge of upgrading and configuring Informatica platform and implementing enterprise messaging systems Experience with Code Deployment best practices Functional work in and familiarity with enterprise architecture, data warehouse concepts Solution design experience for large scale initiatives Excellent communication skills – must be able to interface with business as well as technical leaders Excellent documentation skills Ability to collaborate and work in a multi-site environment Experience working in a dynamic, agile or continuous improvement environment Self-starter with ability to work in an environment without clearly defined requirements and frequent ambiguity Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
