Job Description : Engineering Manager The Engineering Manager serves as the technology leader and will be responsible for leading the successful delivery and execution of an Agile scrum team. The Engineering Manager will support a scrum team and the over-all delivery and reporting within the team. This position requires individuals who have strong technical, development background, ability to manage developers/team members and be able to work with external teams like UAT, Product and Performance testing. Establish automated quality control process (CI/CD pipeline that includes standards check, automated functional, security and performance testing) Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience 8+ years of IT experience including development 2+ years of leading/managing people 2+ years of experience performing Developer role. Ability to review technical designs and perform code reviews.
