In addition, this role will also require supporting the underlying software which runs the CICD pipeline to keep it up and running 24/7 and respond to any possible failures and outages. Applicant must have knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, SonarQube, Maven, Linux, and JFrog Artifactory. Experience with similar applications is acceptable. To be successful in this role, strong scripting and programming experience is required. Must be able to create Jenkins pipeline scripts using either declarative or scripted syntax. Must be able to write bash scripts and work with a Linux environment. Finally, knowledge of the Groovy programming language is required to write and maintain Jenkins shared libraries. However, Java experience will be acceptable. Must be able to work in an environment with minimal supervision and be able to do what it takes to solve problems related to the agencys DevOps initiative.
