Description : ------------------------------------------------------ the DCF Family and Economic Support Technical Services (FESTS) Section Child Support systems and will provide expert level programming and analysis for KIDS Mainframe and distributed applications on projects with federal, state, administrative mandate. The program is a large/complex (1000+ program, 400+ table) MVS/COBOL/DB2/CICS system with additional .net distributed applications. Successful candidates must have proven development experience in MVS/COBOL/CICS/DB2/JCL languages. Candidates will have experience with structured analysis and design, as well as an understanding of full Systems Development Life Cycle. Project duties will be to work as a programmer analyst and part of a team to develop and maintain child support applications. Project duties will also include analysis, design, coding, testing, quality assurance, development of user documentation, training materials and help screens. First consideration will be given to those candidates that have experience with child support enforcement systems or large case management, financial or state automated systems (i.e., UI, TANF, TAX). Preference will be given to qualified candidates with experience in DCF Child Support business area, prior experience with the KIDS system, and familiarity with State of Wisconsin application systems, procedures, and development standards.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
