Candidate will be a member of a Production Support team and will have primary operational support of multiple applications, primarily in a UNIX/LINUX environment, including both Legacy on-prem and AWS Cloud environments. As a team member, will also be required to provide on-call support for these applications on a rotational basis with other team members. Require 6-10+ years of related experience, preferably Production Support responsibility and/or Development environments. Primary responsibility is ongoing Production Support activities for such applications as NTAS, IVIEW, LQP, iConfig, Storc, and ESAPNet. Duties include: Monitor the health of assigned applications including capacity (CPU/Mem/Disk Space) including response to alerts and error logs. Participate in Rotational on-call scheduling Respond to CMD pages and join troubleshooting bridges/chats to resolve reported issues Work directly with Dev, Test, and other Production Support teams to assist in design and operational reviews regarding assigned systems Implement Middleware and application upgrades as required from UAT through Prod/DR environments Expert in UNIX/LINUX OS Environments Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent education and work experience is required Excellent written and verbal communication skills Top 3 requirements: 1. Monitor the health of assigned applications including capacity (CPU/Mem/Disk Space) including response to alerts and error logs 2. Participate in Rotational on-call scheduling 3. Respond to CMD pages and join troubleshooting bridges/chats to resolve reported issues Required Skills & Experience: - Needs a minimum of 6-10+ years experience - BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience preferred - Experience of UNIX servers - Experience in Operations/Production Support type environments - Experience with Middleware products such as MQ Series, iPlanet, WebLogic, Apache/Tomcat, and JAVA - Complete awareness of OS and variety of commands - Ability to create, read and test UNIX shell scripts - Telecom business knowledge - 6-10 years of experience Desired Skills:   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
