There is no opportunity for “Off-shore” resources for this Statement of Work. · The Candidate work in a Hybrid location mode, where the Candidate will be remote for one week then will be onsite at the PTCs CAB or TIP buildings for two weeks. Justification: With the implementation of the new UBOS solution, the PTC is implementing SAP Convergent Meditation based on SAP S/4HANA. Where Convergent Meditation is a purpose-built solution to integrate and process high volume transactions billing in SAP and processing by other non-SAP based business systems. The PTC is engaging a System Integrator (SI) to perform the implementation; however, the PTC has limited experience in the SAP Convergent Meditation functionality and technical details. This position requires a very experienced Convergent Mediation Expert. This position is to understand the PTCs needs and desires and work with the SI to implement a fully functional and reliable SAP Convergent Meditation module for end-to-end UBOS integrations. This position is responsible for the Functional and business process portion of the SAP Convergent Meditation integrations and to evaluate the overall integrations for UBOS implementation to ensure it handles the high-volume transactions with no lost transactions in the process. This position will end approximately at the end of the UBOS implementation project Description of Duties The selected Candidate will perform the following duties: • Study and understand the PTCs current Billing and other related business functions, and technologies • Study and understand the PTCs desired Billing and other related business functions technologies and objectives • Using knowledge gained to coordinate changes and designs to the UBOS and the PTCs other technologies to assure the PTCs needs are met and including following the standards and policies • Act as a subject matter expert and represent the PTC in meetings and reports with the UBOS SI team • Act as a subject matter expert to raise concerns and possible issues to the PTC leadership with enough details for the PTC leadership to decide on how to proceed • Develops and maintains plans and other documentation as required using PTC established standards, procedures, templates, and methodologies • Review epics, features, user stories, design documents, test cases, and other project deliverables and artifacts in Azure DevOps and advise to the PTC staff on approvals for the same. • Performs hands on design, development, configuration, and testing work in SAP CM as needed. • Develops and maintains a productive working relationship with technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and key business users. • Hands on experience in cutover planning and providing guidance on ramp up and ramp down needed for cutover for high volume transactions from a legacy non- SAP based system. • Mentor PTC Staff as needed so PTC integration team can develop SAP CM skills for long term use in house by learning and participating during the project and perform knowledge transfer prior to departing the project. • Follows the tasks and other duties assigned by the PTC Desired Skillset The ideal candidate will have: • 10+ years of implementation experience in SAP Convergent Meditation as a   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
