3.0 OVERVIEW
The STATE has an ad hoc need for ServiceNow professional services for both project-based and staff-augmentation work. The STATE is looking for Offerors to provide the services as needed during the term of the contract.
The STATE is asking Offerors to describe in detail their experience providing professional services in the following but not limited to categories:
a. Service Management
b. Customer Service
c. Human Resources
d. SecOps and GRC
e. IT Operations Management
f. IT Business Management
g. Developer Tools
h. Orchestration
i. Collaboration
j. Interfaces
k. Change Enablement
l. Service Catalog
m. CMDB

3.2 SOLUTION AND EXPERIENCE
The STATE has developed the Scope of Work Attachment 2 Solution and Experience - Ad hoc Professional Services tab– Section 3.2 to describe the specifications for the proposed solution. Offerors must provide a full response to each item number without cross referencing other sections of the proposal. Offerors must use the table format and maintain numbering provided by the STATE to respond to each item number. Attachments, documents, or samples must be clearly referenced where in the response they can be found in the applicable item number.
3.3 SOLUTION AND EXPERIENCE – SERVICE CATALOG
The STATE has an immediate need to complete the migration of the STATEs work management system service requests. The following requests need to be migrated:
a. Network
b. Telecommunications
c. Database
d. Generic
e. General Server
Screen shots of the work requests are provided in Attachment 5 Service Requests.
It is anticipated that the above work requests will not be a like for like migration. They would need to align with the current services offerings.

3.4 SOLUTION AND EXPERIENCE - CMDB
The STATE has an immediate need to migrate the STATEs NRC into ServiceNow. All of the asset tracking and services utilizing the NRC as the source of truth must be migrated to ServiceNow as describe in Section 2.2 Background Information – CMDB.
Screen shots of the NRC are provided in Attachment 6 NRC.
The other need is to replace the home-grown SharePoint and Nintex workflow approval system for VMs. This could include but is not limited to:
a. A new service catalog item to replace the existing intake and approval process.
b. An automated job to initiate the server build process for new VMs.
c. Automated discovery for add, edit, deletions of VMs and hardware specifications.
d. Interface with existing billing system for CPU/RAM/DISK allocation and charge back; tie records with application name.
e. VMWare and Azure devices may need different charge back approaches.
f. A change log or report showing which servers changed over the past 30 days and what changed with them.
g. Additional fields which could include but is not limited to: Special Licensing Restrictions for IBM/SharePoint/SQL/Oracle; Recovery Point Objective (RPO) requirements; Disaster Recovery Billing Agency, Support Hours and/or SLAs; Production/Test, Application information/Link to App Name Database, and Replacement/New.
