Our target audiences are our store team members, tellers, bankers, and managers and the customers who visit our branches. Our focus is on driving simplified, efficient, and consistent team member and customer experiences. In addition to designing specific applications, the successful candidate will work with different product groups with the goal to create common user experiences across a suite of applications and tools. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience working within and leading multi-disciplinary design teams. Candidates must also have demonstrated experience working in Agile (preferably Scrum) development environments and have applied strategies for user centered design success within those environments. Experience Guidelines: 6+ years of experience working in the role of interaction designer on complex software design projects. Apply user centered design best practices including iterative design and usability testing. Conduct and interpret end user research to inform design decisions. Assess and interpret client needs and end user needs (e.g., business requirements, product roadmap, and end user research) to create an appropriate interaction design. Design user interface solutions for web and mobile web, applying responsive and adaptive techniques. Design solutions that use Content Management Systems (CMS) to publish, edit, and modify content, including the designs of the content workflow and frontend user experiences. Apply industry standards for web accessibility. Balance trade-off decisions while maintaining design integrity. Produce comprehensive interaction design specifications, including annotated wireframes and end user workflows, connected to business requirements, functional specifications, and test plans. Use collaborative tools to generate and communicate designs among a geographically distributed team (e.g., Axure RP, iRise, Omnigraffle, etc.). Work as part of a user centered design team. Work within an Agile development environment. Knowledge of design for accessibility is an asset.
