DHHS will work with Module Vendors and CMS to finalize desired business outcomes and define certification evaluation criteria, required evidence, and KPIs needed for DHHS to realize its agreed upon vision. DHHS commitment to improving healthcare outcomes of North Dakotans is a key objective that is woven throughout the work and activities of the North Dakota Medicaid Agency. DHHS recognizes that a direct correlation between improving healthcare outcomes for North Dakota citizens and the SI project does not exist and that the SI module, itself, is not an independently certified system and/or module. However, the successful offeror will be a catalyst for achieving the data integration and transformation necessary for DHHS to realize actionable data used in policy decision making that can improve healthcare outcomes for our citizens.
