Description: OVERVIEW The Creative Technical Coordinator is responsible for the development, management, and operation of tools in use by the Creative Marketing Team. She/he will work with users of the tools to support their use and navigation around the solutions. The coordinator will proactively recognize updates that will enable a more efficient operation and lead implementation as approved. It is the responsibility of the coordinator to train new users and keep users current on the latest updates as well as tips and tricks to using the technology more effectively. Basically, were looking for a creative efficiency ninja! KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Build and maintain equipment-tracking database. * Partner with IT professionals to ensure systems function properly, updates are applied and tested, and new functionalities are tested and implemented. * Design workflows, standards, processes and set goals that will ensure the success of the tools. * Dedicate time to improve quality of the team hardware, software, and workspace. * Assist in evaluating, integrating and testing with other Marketing related technologies to deliver process and productivity gains * Manage special operations assignments, which can include but are not limited to training, project management, and office coordination * Ongoing training of users and support of the systems * Maintain relationship with tool vendors, specifically on technical support and training issues. Act as project point-of-contact for communication. * Train team on proper usage and best practices of the project management systems SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED * Basic knowledge of an in-house agency creative process * Ability to establish process flows and design systems for effective yet efficient workflow * Ability to operate autonomously and learn tools and software quickly * Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud software * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Problem solving and research skills * Project management skills * Ability to work under pressure and to work on multiple projects concurrently * Excellent organizational and communication skills * Effective verbal and written communication skills * Demonstrates collaborative and professional work ethic * Reliable with patience and professionalism * Willingness to be flexible and respond to quickly changing priorities EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS * A minimum of 3 years experience in operations working with large teams and optimizing their workplace * Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) * Experience with database management * Broad knowledge of workflow tools and project management systems used by creative teams in corporate organizations.
