Job Description : LOCATION: Hagerstown, MD Out client is looking for a mid-level Solutions Architect for our manufacturing facilities. This architect will be assigned to multiple solutions that will manage complex cellular manufacturing processes. A high degree of integration will be required between custom built solutions and possibly new COTS solutions. Desired • Experience with technical solutions involved in refining raw materials to finished goods, primarily using cellular manufacturing processes • Experience analyzing and translating business and technical requirements into architectural blueprints that outline solutions to achieve business objectives. • Experience creating various artifacts such as business requirements, architectural diagrams, functional specifications, data flow diagrams, UML modeling techniques, interface designs as it relates to enterprise applications, integrations and databases. • 5+ years of experience architecting, developing and integrating applications on enterprise platforms spanning across multiple geographic locations • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Background in software development with extensive knowledge in .Net and/or Java • 5+ years of experience providing technical direction to a project team responsible for implementing a solution/project • 5+ years of experience working with mature development practices (Agile, CMM etc.) • 5+ years of experience presenting solution architecture concepts and recommendations to business stakeholders, managers, architects and technical teams • Bachelors or Masters degree in IT or related field • Experience working with co-located and distributed teams. The Top 3 technical skills 1. Strong knowledge/background in Object Oriented (.Net, Java etc.) and Database technologies 2.
