In this exciting role, you would provide support for our Peoplesoft Financials and CRM applications. Some experience on accounting and/or financial applications like Billing, Accounts Receivables, Purchasing or Accounts Payables is a must. Knowledge of ERP financial applications packages like PeopleSoft is definite plus, but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. The chosen candidate will enjoy great growth potential and the opportunity to grow into the BA and QA practice within the organization. As a Business Analyst Associate, you will • Review, manage, and assign new cases coming into our ticket system • Research, recreate, resolve, and document application issues reported by user community. • Provide reporting services to various business groups and auditors. • Participate in planning and implementation of system changes, upgrades, or other development efforts. • Participate in unit testing and system testing of application upgrades and deployment of new functionality. • Create and maintain procedural documentation and test scripts. Publish to appropriate portal sites within the organization. • Reporting on case intake and resolution. • Build and Manage Application Knowledge base, i.e. Intranet FAQs, Solutions, Job Aides and User Guides • Work with Program Managers to escalate issue resolution Requirements: • Experience or good understanding supporting Financials systems (Billing, Accounts Receivables, Purchasing, Accounts Payables, Pricing, Project,etc) or CRM applications • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong people, team and customer interaction skills • A good grasp of system/application concepts with proficiency in MS Office, Word and Excel • Must be a quick learner with the ability to adjust to multiple demands, address shifting priorities, and to champion change • Ability to communicate effectively with management, business users, and technical staff. • Good presentation and facilitation skills • Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities • Ability to understand customer needs and manage expectations   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
