The first two phases of the Business and CitizenGateway are to create a single, common portal for Business and Citizen interactions with state agencies, for the services they provide. In these initial phases, the transactional workflows are expected to remain within the current agency business applications, therefore it is the intent for the portal to provide context aware session management, allowing for the passing of customer requests through to the agency applications and then rendering output back to the portal. Subsequent phases will address agency business applications and look to extend Business Gateway functionality to address agency transactional needs. The STATE is looking for Offerors to elicit and document business and technical requirements from sixinitial stakeholder agencies, addressing needs for all pieces of a proposed solution, including key focus areas listed below: a. A portal, utilizing single sign-on for business/individual citizen, providing a services portfolio view based on role, i.e., small business owner vs. individual citizen, as well as providing a 360-degree view of all interactions with the state. b. Data collection to allow the ability to gather data from businesses/citizens utilizing the solution. c. A common Customer Relationship Management (CRM) capabilityacross agencies, allowing for a single source of truth or Customer Data Platform (CDP)forboth business and citizen information to enable 360 view of customer and their interactions. d. An integration platform to allow for the movement of data amongst the solution and the existing agency business applications. e. Architectural design considerations such as UI/UX, authentication, workflow orchestration, integration, data in transit/at rest, and core transactional platforms. A. DELIVERABLES 1) Requirements documents 2) Proposed architecture blueprints, addressing requirements as captured and highlighting the following: a) Portal with identity management and digital wallet services for seamless, context-aware authentication b) CRM / CDP, preferably on a singular platform as the Portal c) Integration platform d) How architecture supports future vision of Business Gateway to include transactional needs of agencies 3) Proposed technical products/platforms for each piece of the solution, inclusive of licensing requirements for proposed implementation. 4) Implementation blueprint including scope and timeframe proposed to be delivered in Phases1 & 2 respectively, inclusive of proposed plan for utilizing NDIT development resources embedded into the development process for assistance and knowledge transfer activities. 5) Implementation of the base platforms   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
