Job Description Manager: QA Lead, SAP ECC 6, CRM, E Commerce IBM Websphere Sap Testing ETL

Onsite QA lead/mgr with the following skills (must)
Strong testing with SAP. ECC 6.0 and CRM 7.0
E-commerce experience
IBM Websphere with SAP
Knowledge of other SAP ECC Modules (Finance, MM, etc), SAP CRM, VISTEX and VERTEX are a huge plus
Hands on testing, preferably with HP Quality Center (HPQC)
ETL, database and backend testing along with onshore / offshore coordination. Solid experience in understanding IBM database structure and testing.


Responsible for working in conjunction with customers, business analysts and team members to develop the business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions These solutions must be aligned with business and IT strategies and comply with the organizations architectural standards. Involved in the full systems life cycle and is responsible for designing, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining and supporting application software that is delivered on time and within budget. Makes recommendations towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code. May participate in component and data architecture design, performance monitoring, product evaluation and buy versus build recommendations. Demonstrates specific technological expertise in highly utilized application packages including but not limited to CRM (Salesforce), ERP (PeopleSoft), RPTG (Cognos)/ETL (DataStage), or other (PEGA, Sharepoint, PAM, Ariba, etc). Required: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field or equivalent work experience and 3-5 years experience leading and directing the work of others. Experience in systems analysis, design and a solid understanding of development, quality assurance and integration methodologies
