Primary Activities and Responsibilities Must Have Create optimal system designs to facilitate the inter-operability of large-scale business systems. Work collaboratively with a team to resolve production problems. Good written and verbal communication skills Research, analyse, and define business solutions of large systems scope and complexity. Prepare detailed specifications for large complex projects and design solutions for complex business problems. Document test cases, expected test results, test data requirements, and collaborate with testing teams and business partners to resolve testing problems. Code, debug, test and support utilities, tools, and frameworks to support the application development process. Provide leadership and technical direction to team members and monitor the deliverables of the technical team. Serve as technical point of contact for business partners and other technology areas; and perform project management tasks as needed. Ability to break down complex business processes into robust technical solutions with an emphasis on customer usability, design flexibility, component re-use, technical simplicity and supportability. Assist in the definition of team processes and strategies. Create new entities; add and remove fields from entities Create dashboards. Customize and create new reports and logic using scripting on forms Creating workflows, leveraging the CRM system Ability to switch gears at short notice and respond to business needs.
