The ERP business analyst will be responsible for running JAD sessions with the business community, documenting business and system requirements as well as configuring Microsoft Dynamics . This position will be lead CRM analyst enterprise projects. Must possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of business analysis and CRM methodologies and tools. Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related field desired, or equivalent work experience. Demonstrated ability: to analyze technology related issues and develop solutions and recommendations for appropriate action; to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; to project documentation; and, to establish and maintain effective working relationships. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, facilitating collaboration and consensus on plans, policies, and initiatives at the strategic, tactical, and operational levels. Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems. Proven ability to manage teams and projects. Extensive knowledge of application development, mimimum of 5 years business analyst or CRM work. Minimum 5 years technical analysis or related work experience. Experience with other Microsoft Dynamics projects a plus.
