Routinely present topics and training to other software developers. Skills and Qualifications • Four-year degree plus graduate in software engineering, computer science, computer engineering is required. • At least 7 years of experience writing software in a production environment, preferably in a product development setting. Software development experience should include distributed server solutions with rigorous quality, scalability, robustness, and reliability requirements. • Proven technical leadership, including the experience of inspecting coding practices and reviewing software designs. • Experience using common design patterns. • Good interpersonal and written communication skills. • Demonstrated skills in the following relevant technologies: o C# / .NET o ASP.NET MVC o HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and XML o jQuery / Ajax o Unit testing • Technological skills desired: o Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) o General server administration on Windows Server 2008 R2 o General understanding of federated authentication o Experience with dependency injection o Team Foundation Server o NUnit or other automated unit test development tool o Experience using mocking frameworks such as TypeMock or Rhino Mocks • Experience with internet and computer based solutions for financial institutions and/or retail banking is a plus.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
