Role Description: - Understand government business process and operations, including familiarity with HIPPA and NJAC regulations. - Prior knowledge of health-related data concerns in order to transition business processes into technical - requirements. - Excellent communication and presentation skills to review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs by facilitating brainstorming sessions with health professionals. - Experience in design and development modular re-usable components for Java Enterprise Angular JS , HTML 4/5. - Strong knowledge of web programming specifics and experience in building web-based applications - Good experience with JSON processing - Experience with MVC frameworks and REST methodology (creating and consuming REST web services) - Experience working with relational databases (MySQL experience a plus) - Expertise with client side JavaScript, CSS and HTML based UI development - Ability to analyze or recommend commercially available software or other IT architectural components. - Ability to prioritize work and establish deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor progress of team members. - Anticipate, identify, track and resolve issues and risks affecting own work and work of the project team. - Develop contingency plans as necessary.
