Redesign immunizenc.org to ensure NCIR training content is presented in an informative and relevant manner, usability is user-friendly, the interface and navigation is simple and reliable and the appearance is professional, appealing and relevant 4. Plan, analyze and create visual solutions to develop internet web pages to support NCIR training modules 5. Produce and present a storyboard to plan the structure, layout and interface of individual pages and entire website 6. Review and revise content based on feedback from internal reviewers and stakeholders 7. Strategically place all newly developed training content for web-based, e-learning and computer-based solutions on the website 8. Develop and edit content to support overall learning goals and objectives 9. Test all website pages and properly document problems for issue resolution 10. Collaborate with current webmaster to ensure site can be maintained/enhanced in the future Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements: Required: 1. Minimum of four years experience, and expertise in website and graphics design 2. Expertise with interactive media, computer graphics and design software 3. Effective creativity 4. Experience working in a team setting to design, deliver and develop websites 5. Excellent skills to communicate ideas visually, verbally and in writing 6. Expertise in XHTML/CSS, Web 2.0, Flash and Dreamweaver 7.
