A Description: This is a position to support the Static Application Testing application called Checkmarx. The candidate does not need to know Checkmarx application, but they do need to have good application troubleshooting experience to support the application. Our client has developed custom code utilizing Checkmarx APIs for reporting and management of the application that will need to be maintained and supported. • Learn Security Engineering protocols in order to adhere to them and serve in the Checkmarx Server Admin role • Understand Checkmarx Server Admin roles special access and functionality, potential risks • Obtain Server Admin role access, credentials in Checkmarx from Security Engineering • Develop the automated SSDLC Gated Security Check (SGS) • Develop, Improve, Maintain automated scripts to produce CSV files which will enable the PSIM Dashboard being developed by the Cognos Team • Develop, Improve Maintain any ad hoc reports from Checkmarx needed from the SAST Team (ie Proposed Not Exploitable (PNE) Report) • Validate solutions provided by Checkmarx for outstanding, ongoing issues logged in SSD JIRA Database • Keep current on Checkmarx Release Notes, User Forums in order to recommend the next release to bring live on a quarterly basis • Understand customizations done to Checkmarx so they can be maintained as upgrades occur • Understand Custom Rules process and coordinate with Application Security Developer to bring them live in a timely basis • Attend Security Engineerings Upgrade Planning Meetings and contribute recommendations, timelines • Coordinate Checkmarx Quarterly Upgrades through UAT, Production with Program Manager, Security Engineering • Perform Server and Database maintenance of Checkmarx tool under guidance and support of Security Engineering • Develop, Improve and Maintain Checkmarx Archive and Purge with support of Security Engineering • Attend SSDLCs Daily Standup Meetings to obtain day to day tasks/priority and report progress against goals, any blockers • Attend any regularly scheduled Development Meetings as directed • Present POCs, Demos to SSDLC Team, Security Engineering and PSIM Group • Interact with PSIM Group (presenting challenges, directing discussions, soliciting feedback and advice, finalizing decisions with help of Program Manager) • Offer innovative solutions • Bring solutions live to Production with guidance and support of Security Engineering • Proactively raise concerns/issues and offer alternative options to solve"   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
