Demonstrated knowledge of telephony systems, applications and networks utilized by our enterprise, including: - Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) - Cisco Unified Connections (CUC) - Cisco Intelligent Contact Management (ICM) - Telephony network (LEC, IXC, etc) - Data networks Demonstrated knowledge of Service Management processes and tools. Experience desired, but not required with the following tools - Exony VIM - HP Service Manager Cisco background.
