The coach shall organize the current Product, Architecture, BSA, Dev & QA teams into customer/product focused units that would deliver continuous value to our clients. Responsibilities Thought leader and influencer - Develop a tailored Agile delivery model for the Datafaction team. Structure, build and coach the Agile teams from ground up. Foster a Continuous Integration, Development & Testing mindset with a client first continuous prioritization culture within the teams. TDD/ATDD/BDD & DevOps Guru - Hands on development experience with Specflow / Cucumber & be able to guide the team on DevOps best practices. Strong understanding of code branching strategies & micro services architecture. Skills Experience with DevOps tools across development lifecycle (GitHub, Azure-DevOps, Docker, Splunk, Elastic) Experience in automating process flows using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Deploy, Ansible, etc. Prior Development and DevOps experience.
