Description:

The eLearning specialist will report to the Director of Human Resources but will obtain team assignment and duties from Learning & Development Officer. Duties and responsibilities include the development of learning objectives, guide creation of content, eLearning, videos and webinars, training materials, PowerPoint presentations, and some HTML and graphic design.

Experience and skills required:

• Proficient in the development of eLearning, videos and webinars, including scripting, story boarding, editing, closed captioning and outputting

• Proficient with Articulate Storyline, Vyond (f/k/a Go Animate), Camtasia, Adobe Creative Cloud, and other related software

• Effective with video production and editing tools
• Managing (e.g. planning, developing, and/or implementing, etc.) eLearning projects

• Familiar with adult learning principles and methodology

• Experience providing customer support and designing and delivering training to workplace in areas of instructional and learning technologies and instructional design and pedagogy

• Proficient with MS Office Word and PowerPoint

• Familiar with Adobe Acrobat Pro, In Design, Photoshop and Illustrator

• Familiar with Dreamweaver and HTML

• Write, edit and proofread content for correct grammar, punctuation, style and accuracy

• Familiar with measuring results and customer satisfaction

• Effective at transforming complex concepts into friendly, laymans terms and infographics

• Effective communication and customer service skills

• High-level project management skills

• Collaborative team member

• Creative thinker
