Cca Inquira Obiee UNIX CRM Engineer (Jobs in SAN JOSE, CA)   Requirement id 9258 Job title Engineer Job location in San Jose, CA Skills required Cca, Inquira, Obiee, UNIX CRM Open Date 28-Mar-2012 Close Date Job type Contract Duration 6 Months Compensation DOE Status requirement --- Job interview type ---    Email Recruiter: coolsoft Job Description Engineer: Cca, Inquira, Obiee, UNIX CRM [Note: Dead line: 4-02-2012] [Note : Start Date : 04-15-2012 End Date : 10-15-2012] Description: NOC Siebel Engineer Primary Job Responsibilities: Manage and monitor Siebel Server and CRM Applications to drive troubleshooting, problem resolution, high availability and performance Be first and second tier resolution of production issues and alerts Manage Siebel server components and be able to routinely troubleshoot crashes, memory leaks, communication issues between components and or applications Understand all components of the eBay Siebel and CRM application server infrastructures in order to analyze the impacts of alarms and other system messages Work with external teams to diagnose complex problems and drive resolution as appropriate Utilize custom and third party tool sets to diagnose and resolve production issues Resolve errors and alarms quickly or perform timely escalations as indicated Complete tasks required to maintain service levels and availability of all Siebel Infrastructure features and functions Assist in creating automation and consistency to ensure efficient and reliable operations Job Requirements; Experience with CCA, Inquira, OBIEE a plus Be experienced and proficient in using common system administration tools in Unix and Windows platforms Have the ability to manage large scale systems and high transaction CRM operations environments Willing to work in a shift model. 12 hours a day for 4 days in one week and 12 hours a day for 3 days in the following week. Knowledge of Networking (LAN and WAN,) Unix, Windows, Load balancers Be very effective in working under stressful situations when the systems and components are in an unstable state Working experience with scripting tools, Perl and or UNIX shell scripting is a MUST Proven problem solving skills with an emphasis on quick problem resolution Ability to work on many tasks simultaneously in a high-pressure environment Experience with large and distributed systems like those found in multi-tier serving architectures etc. a plus Experience with web development technologies like HTML, XML, XSL, Java a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills required   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
