Job Details and Needed Skill set/Level of Expertise: Position: Server, Tivoli TSM, Compellent and EMC Support Required: • 3+ years hands-on experience administering one or more of the following: Windows 2003/2008/R2, x86 Red Hat Enterprise Linux, CentOS servers • Experience with enterprise data protection and backup requirements / products (tape libraries, VTL, Tivoli TSM or similar Enterprise solution) • Experience planning/managing Enterprise Storage Area Network (SAN) environments (Compellent and/or EMC a plus) • Experience with Fibre Channel (Cisco MDS Fibre Channel Directors, Brocade, HBAs) • Experience with Windows and/or Linux on VMware • Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMWare vSphere/ESX, View are preferred) • Knowledge of server to network interfaces, TCP/IP protocols, TCP/IP routing, IP switching, DNS and DHCP • Experience supporting various directory services (i.e.: Active Directory, DFS management, LDAP, and Windows File server management) Highly Desirable: • Experience managing Exchange or another enterprise email system. • Experience planning, configuring, and deploying Group Policy in a complex desktop and server environment • Ability to script common tasks - VBSCript, Powershell, and batch scripting • Experience in integrating various operating system environments (Windows, Linux, Unix) into cohesive application support platforms • Experience working in a large installed base shop (500+ servers), responsible for daily server operations / administration tasks • Experience managing/supporting IIS • Experience managing SharePoint • Experience with automated installation tools (NIM, Kickstart, Jumpstart) • Experience with Novell Identity Manager 4+ • Experience with Open Source software (GNU, Apache, TomCat, Samba, OpenSSH, OpenSSL, OpenLDAP) • Experience with IBM Power Virtualization technology (PowerVM) • Experience with Middleware productions / technologies (Tomcat, Websphere, WebLogic) • Knowledge and experience in systems security (access controls, authorization controls, log management) • Experience working in a highly structured, process driven facility (ITIL based)   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
