Requires working knowledge of and experience with networking, mobile and desktop technologies including, but not limited to, desktop operating systems, desktop applications, PC hardware/peripherals, tablets, and smart phones (iOS and Android). Knowledge of VoIP and PBX telecom systems a plus. Must be able to work independently or as part of a team. In-state, day travel in State-owned vehicles is expected. Occasional long hours are possible, but limited. This is a 100% remote position with office visits as needed weekly. Applicants must reside within the State of Wisconsin.
