Job Description : Will require experience in migrating TM phone Equipment to Cisco VoIP. Strong skills in Excel. Strong organizational skills and people skills. 1) Cut Sheet development, population and verification. Requires extensive experience working with Excel spread sheets a. Take information for Site Surveys and CSR scrubs and complete Cut Sheet template b. Process porting orders in Matrix tool c. Respond to jeopardies/questions in a timely fashion d. Upload final Cut Sheet within 3 business days of migration/Submit Matrix ticket for inventory update The objective is to provide an accurate, comprehensive Cut Sheet of voice services at each site to be migrated to IPT. 2) Cisco Call Manager and Unity platform programming site builds and phones The objective is to provide accurate, comprehensive site programming of voice services at each site to be migrated to IPT. 3) Orders/Disconnects and Circuit test & turn-up a. Place Circuit orders (PRI) and line orders (1FB,1MB) b. Provide PRI test & turn-up support remotely c. Place circuit, line, PBX, and trunk disconnect orders The objective is to provide accurate, comprehensive, and timely orders at each site to be migrated to IPT and to provide accurate and timely disconnect orders within one week of migration. 4) Provide Night of Migration (NOM), Day One support, and Post Migration Audit support a. Testing & programming support on NOM b. 1st day live changes if can be done during the day per migration CR c. Process changes from Day One d. Migration and Post Migration Audit issues support, i.e. porting orders, programming changes, Centrex, etc The objective is to provide accurate, comprehensive, and timely support at each site to be migrated to IPT and port migration. 5) Complete process to decommission old equipment working with vendor to prep and internal requests for removal and disposal.
