Client: Florida Department of Health

Description:

This statement of work is for consulting services to provide maintenance, support, and development of
Integration processes using various Integration Tools, for multiple database systems for the Office of
Information Technology, Bureau of Business Automations and Information Management, Enterprise
Integration Services. Contractor will provide these services to the Florida Department of Health.

CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
6.1. SERVICE TASKS:
6.1.1. Contractor will perform the following tasks in the time and manner specified:
6.1.1.1. Create system designs, applying industry standard system analysis and design practices,
daily as directed by the Department in the time indicated on the work tickets or within
project plans, for integration processes, enhancements/additions and bug fixes, to then
be implemented as application code.
6.1.1.2. Modify and create application code and database code related to integration processes,
applying industry standard system development practices, daily as work tickets are
assigned by the Department or as required by project plans.
6.1.1.3. Troubleshoot and determine resolutions to system issues and bugs identified by the daily
monitoring of ongoing processes, daily as work tickets are assigned, or issues are identified
by the Department.
6.1.1.4. Provide analytical services documenting both business and technical requirements for new
projects requiring Integration and to identify operational efficiencies in existing processes
specified by the Project Plan timeline, weekly as assigned by the Department
6.1.1.5. Document modifications and additions to integration processes in detail, daily as tasks are
assigned by the Department, and store in a documentation repository
6.1.1.6. Produce work estimates to implement user-defined requirements specified by the Project
Plan timeline, monthly as assigned by the Department
6.1.1.7. Produce status reports that include a detailed accounting of hours worked by tasks during
the specific period on a weekly basis
6.1.1.8. The Contractor, its employees, subcontractors, and agents must comply at all times with
all Department data security procedures and policies in the performance of this scope of
work as specified in the Data Security and Confidentially document attached to the
purchase order.
6.2. DELIVERABLES:
6.2.1. Contractor will complete and submit the following deliverables to the Department in the time and
manner specified:
6.2.1.1. One month performing consulting services as described in Section 6.1. The contractor staff
will complete this work on an hourly basis each month and submit a time sheet indicating
the number of hours worked performing required tasks.

CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS:
Contractor staff assigned to this agreement must possess, at minimum, the following qualifications:
5.1.1. 5 years of experience with Cloverleaf, Mirth and/or Rhapsody Integration software with
certification in one or more of these tools.
5.1.2. 5 years of experience developing Interfaces for HL7, XML, and/or X12Qualification
5.1.3. 5 years of experience Data Extract, Transformation and Load.
5.1.4. 4 years of experience working with National Health Data messaging standards
5.1.5. AA or Bachelors Degree required in Information Technology or related area
5.1.6. 5 years of experience working with both technical and user staff.
