Regularly update and delete holidays. Payments Research and correct payment reconciliation reports when reported. DOR MVDL Processes Monitor and regularly update ADO work items used to report issues and request enhancements. Migrate code tables to all environments. Create new specs or update existing specs when code changes are made. Conduct unit and systems testing prior to sending fixes or enhancements to customer for user acceptance testing. Process help desk tickets (Cherwell) for batch abends and redirect worker questions regarding DOR MVDL functionality. Analyze, test, and make code changes if needed for software upgrades. Load PINS (renewals) to the MORE database during the General Registration System (GRS) renewal process. Provide Level of Effort (LOE) hours for Fiscal Notes. Run various system purges on weekends throughout the year as requested. Investigate/Research questions and problems from the business unit. Weekly DCNU file updates. Handle errors received from Control clerks that occurred during nightly runs. Process any IDMS Data Manipulation Language Online (DMLO) requests. Forms/Notices Create and maintain hundreds of Forms/Letters mailed to customer daily, monthly, annually using COBOL, ToolBox& AFP. Coordinate printing of forms at State Data Center (SDC) and mail room for testing of new forms or changes. Analyze issues reported of clients not receiving forms or incorrect information. Work with Control Clerks to determine if batch trigger was set to create the form or problem with forms processing. Batch Support Maintain daily batch support. Coordinate scheduling of batch jobs with ITSD QC. Create/modify programs for MVDL Requests (Cherwell requests, legislation request, projects, etc.). Maintain batch job flow charts using VISIO. Provide batch support for operational abends and extracts. Run mainframe batch jobs for QAT testing as needed. Reports/Extracts Create and maintain hundreds of reports and extracts written in Web Focus, Batch Focus, SSRS, Mobius, Tableau, and/or Dev Express. Analyze and coordinate loading of DOR MVDL operational information in the data warehouse. Create SQL queries to validate report numbers are correct. Create approximately 3 to 5 Ad Hoc Reports weekly from DOR MVDL operational tables.
