The prospective candidates must demonstrate knowledge and expertise that substantiates their ability to assume direct responsibility for researching, planning, coordinating and recommending software and system choices to meet an organizations business requirements. The prospective candidates must demonstrate knowledge and technical expertise that substantiates their ability to perform complex software application analysis, design, development, programming, testing and maintenance on the specified technology platform. *Required Skills: 1. IBM MVS/ESA host operating system environment; 2. design and testing tools including TSO, JCL, and IBM utilities including Sync Sort and VSAM IDCAMS; 3. IBMs IMS DB/DC and DB2 for both programming and database design; 4. SQL; 5. COBOL; 6. Easytrieve Plus; 7. interactive debugging tool such as Microfocus Mainframe Express (MFE) and IBM Debugger ; 8. Panvalet; and IBM File Manager. M1. Candidates must have a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related fields, or the knowledge, skill, experience and mental development equivalent to four (4) years of college and course work in the aforementioned subjects.
