As part of the Office of Information Services (OIS), the Solution Development Delivery (SDD) Mainframe team is looking for professional analysis of and support involving IBM RACF and Vanguard tool utilization, relieving a bottle-neck in coding, programming, reporting, and RACF environment development within the team. This position will focus on professional-level analysis of the customization of the RACF instance, providing training for staff on RACF and Vanguard tools. Key Person must be an extensive expert with IBM RACF and Vanguard tools. Required skills and experience: Expert knowledge and experience in RACF tools – System Development and Administration Level Expert knowledge and experience in RACF Security Administration – System Development and Administration Level Expert knowledge and experience with Vanguard tool Expert knowledge and experience in IBM/Interskill interactions with Vanguard Demonstrated experience training a group of individuals on RACF and Vanguard tools Demonstrated experience working independently with minimal supervision and direction Previous experience in state or local Oregon government agencies or for Human Services organizations in other states. Demonstrated experience developing analysis and design documentation necessary for the construction, testing and implementation of identified tasks to be completed.
