The Senior Product Specialist (SPRS) will be the leading expert responsible to maintain and enhance the Delaware Automated Child Support Enforcement System (DACSES). This critical role will involve technical support, programming, systems analysis and design and interpretation of OCSE regulations governing the Division of Child Support Enforcement (DCSE). This position requires expertise in batch COBOL and online COBOL, CICS and ADS Plus against a DB2 database. The expertise must be in a mainframe environment. The Senior Product Specialist is responsible for collaborating with DCSE program staff and technical colleagues to ensure and enhance the use and viability of DACSES. This is for a maintenance programmer. Systems related to Child Support Enforcement using ADS Plus is critical.
