MFT Feeds Development, Enhancement and Support: • Responsible for utilizing application Integration tools, including but not limited to, managed file transfer tools, frameworks, and technologies to design and implement software solutions to meet our customers business needs. • Coordinate with the customer and other stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for software solutions such as data interfaces. • Translate high-level specifications for software components into program specifications. • Understand customers requirements while developing and evaluating alternative Integration solutions. • Design, code, test, and document interfaces of moderate to high complexity as per the requirements specifications using MFT technologies and other software tools/ platforms. • Involved in the resolution of complex software development issues that may arise in a production environment. • Participate in the investigation of system requirements and assist in the preparation of systems specifications including revising manuals, design of interfaces and documents processes and procedures. • Analyse problems, conduct root cause analysis and assist in the resolution of problems using the defined problem management procedure, while assisting in the application support and the maintenance of customer applications. • Coordinate with internal as well as external teams located both at Onshore and Offshore for deliveries and status while providing technical guidance and training.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
