Perform development task within .NET component or services and other necessary web development activities as required during the DMV modernization program. Will perform analysis of existing application and make coding changes necessary for completion of required tasks. Will be responsible for developing detailed unit and system test plans. System analysis and design using UML documentation Design of web forms and reusable/shared web components Creation of business logic components and methods Project planning and documentation relative to the to the business rules and remediating any defects found in testing Creation of a comprehensive help document for users as a reference and training guide development of post-production support plans Development of user acceptance process Mandatory Qualifications: Is involved with all facets of the software development process, including the research, design, programming, testing, and implementation of computer software. 60 - 84 Months-Candidate is able to work independently, without assistance and provides guidance to others. May have an advanced education.
