Review trends of material and equipment performance and initiate necessary corrective action. 4. Problem Solving & Initiative: Works independently in identifying and resolving complex problems. Seeks to broaden knowledge in areas of the company and industry which will complement acquired technical expertise. 5. Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Develops, reviews or prepares technical reports clearly, concisely and effectively. Leads and facilitates meetings effectively. Functions as a team leader and member. Identifies key stakeholders.
