Configuration System Administration IT Professional Administrator (Jobs in DOWNE   Requirement id 48273 Job title Administrator Job location in DOWNEY, CA Skills required CRM Systems, Configuration, Customer Relations Management, System Administration IT Professional Open Date 27-Aug-2015 Close Date Job type Contract Duration 8 Months Compensation DOE Status requirement --- Job interview type ---    Email Recruiter: coolsoft Job Description Administrator: CRM Systems, Configuration, Customer Relations Management, System Administration IT Professional Note: Start Date : 09/01/2015 End Date : 05/31/2016 Submission Deadline : 09/02/2015 Client Info : COMSYS Description: CRM System o want a good configuration management interface o want someone who can build infrastructure for managing customer and business intake o need someone to help them understand their processes so that this can be systematic o this is all done in a spreadsheet currently o used to have a CRM for help desk but was never fully implemented and fell out of place o need to identify the workflow before it plugs in to vRealize Automation o Handles business side of things - hosting serves provided to customers o Cherwell - Ticketing system/also paper service requests used by finance once a request comes in, there is an online system that is developed in house (Ablecommerce) for server requests This is unsupported but best effort if something breaks - person who designed is not longer here This then generates a service quote for x amount of servers system is not integrated with any deployment tool This ties into Microsoft CRM system to give them a workflow for provisioning, then tells them CPU, OS, space This is a notification process to support team This process takes about 2 weeks to complete because there is not real automation Each hand off and the gaps in between are the problem want to get this process beyond the baby sitting and have this more automated Currently using PDF forms to collect customer requirements, admin accounts, and customer accounts This then has to be manually imported would like an online form that the customer can enter the data directly into Quote - This is a Word document customer has to print it out, sign and scan and send back to Davids team for approval want to automate this or make it an online approval process These are just some examples but there are many other services that would need to be automated Using Excel spreadsheets to track requests, progress, and delivery - Would like this to be online in a way that they can pull reports customer contacts are all spreadsheets but would like to have this in a central database - customer would be filling out all of this information when they submit a request so nothing would be a paper trail Tools: VMware (vRealize Automation and business suites) and Microsoft (Dynamics this is not fully developed but they own it, SCCM, SCOM, interested in looking at Service Manager, CRM, SharePoint - for building workflows and document repository), Cherwell (would be a plus but as long as they have experience with a ticketing system in general) tool set experience would be useful but this can be fairly greenfield need someone who has experience with development and who can design a good platform Had VMware start to create a portal for quote requests but team felt this was more technology related than business related. They are looking for something to bridge the gap. Billing system is not the same as ticketing system, if they update the system and need to increase cost for billing, this is handled through a separate system to notify or track the changes that impact billing. There needs to be automated notification to billing person to make sure customers are being notified of changes to billing They are going to do this through vRealize Business - Person would need to know this from technology and billing perspective M-F 8-5 Current employee is retiring by the end of September They need someone who is willing to help with the administrative portion in the meantime looking for more of a developer but not necessarily a systems a din (dont need to trouble shoot or answer tickets)   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
