We are looking for a Senior Test Engineer with that rare combination of programming skills, technical leadership, and infectious enthusiasm to join our team. Successful candiates must possess strong design and coding skills to architect the testing infrastructure and tools that will validate JFP/WCM platform. Key responsibilities for this position include building test framework, automate testing, implement new automation tools, create innovative automated test systems, develop test harnesses, develop test strategy and test plans for new features to validate functionality and stress test the system to find bottlenecks. Responsibilities: • Build advanced automated test suites to exercise our JFP/WCM platform. • Work with the development and test engineering teams to automate testing. • Conduct research on emerging technologies. • Analyze and decompose a complicated software system and design a strategy to test this system. • Train and mentor other team members. Qualifications Requirements: • BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent • At least 3 years of development and/or test automation experience. • Experience with Flash development and Oracle is a plus. • Excellent coding skill in C, C++, Java, or Python. • Good scripting skills in at least one common language (Python, Perl, Shell). • Highly proficient in a Unix/Linux environment. • Deep knowledge of internet technologies. • Experience with multi-threaded/parallel programming • Excellence in software engineering practices and coding • Proven ability to plan, schedule and deliver quality software • Experience with distributed programming models is a plus   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
