Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements: Required : * Minimum of five (5) years of experience working with Information Technology projects in the role of business analyst or systems analyst. * Minimum of four (4)year college degree majoring in computer science or engineering field or majoring in non-technical field with demonstrated work experience in systems development. * Superior oral and written communication skills and negotiation skills * Strong meeting facilitation skills. * Full understanding of systems development life cycle (SDLC). * Ability to analyze and document business processes, perform gap analysis, and become a subject matter expert. * Ability to translate business needs into documented business requirements and system specifications. * Excellent organization, analytical, planning and scheduling skills * Microsoft Suite experience (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Preferred * Experience working in K-12 Education * Experience configuring and implementing Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) software products * Experience leading teams   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
