Heavy focus on client remediation of failed updates and root-cause-analysis Upgrade legacy Windows servers to meet corporate operating system standards Maintain the stability such as force shut down user processes, monitoring domain user logons and control Monitoring large number of Physical and Virtual Windows Servers. Ensure Operations 24/7/365 using Service Now Ticketing System. Daily responsibilities included ensuring server health, physical and virtual, providing daily metrics reports, service and application availability, vendor scheduling for repairs, part of transition team for offshore support.
