This Candidate will be part of a team responsible for the support of the SAP Application. The Candidate will be focused on providing a thorough system analysis for archiving historical data and developing the solution to facilitate the modified Brownfield implementation. This modified Brownfield Implementation will require the deletion of Finance/GL, Budget, and Materials Management Master/transactional data while retaining access to historical HR data. The Candidate performs a variety delivering systems analysis, requirements gathering, design, testing, and implementation and maintenance activities for the proposed solution. Qualified candidates will also be able to take on the following responsibilities: ? Ability to perform a thorough system analysis for historical data and develop the solution to facilitate the modified Brownfield implementation. ? Ability to provide solution to delete Master/transactional Finance, Budget, and Materials Management data while retaining access to historical HR data. ? Recommends, develops, writes and communicates business requirements for the design and implementation of solutions using SAP functional applications; Works with business process to develop and analyze SAP application tool needs and determine optimum functionality requirements to meet those needs; ? Defines test plans and system documentation to monitor testing for the implementation; Analyzes and tests SAP software in order to determine functional compatibility and integration issues. Conducts testing of system to ensure software meets process owner specifications. Implements integration plans; Interfaces with cross- functional teams to incorporate plans into integration testing process. ? The position generally requires over 80% travel to customer location (Orlando, FL) QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: ? Experience with archiving for SAP Modules like FI,CO,MM,WM,HR etc.. ? Experience with Archive Development Kit ( ADK), DaRT , SARA, SARI, AIS tools to perform the archiving/deletion of historical data. ? Experience with SAP DaRT, SAP DART audit data retrieval, DART Extracts/Views. ? Experience with Deletion reports for technical /functional data. ? Experience with Document Archiving, Document management system etc.. ? Experience with Data Cleansing, Data Summarization, Data Avoidance, Data Migration solutions with respect to HANA migration projects. ? Experience providing recommendations for data and document regulatory compliance requirements. ? Experience in Tcodes like TAANA, SARA, SARI. ? Strong experience in implementing SAP Archiving such as ILM, Data archiving & Doculink), DaRT and OpenText (IXOS) and legacy systems decommissioning scenarios. ? Experience in leading/conducting workshops with stakeholders for data archiving, deletion approaches. ? Work closely with project managers to deliver projects on time and budget. ? Drive the preparation of a clear & detailed timetable with pre-defined tasks specific to Data archiving Process. ? Ensure all needed documentation on the project is well prepared with the appropriate level of detail KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: ? Ability to define systems requirements, design and prototype the SAP Archiving Modified Brown Strategy, test complex functionality and train others. ? Ability to implement practical business solutions under strict deadlines. ? Ability and desire to work with people as part of a high-performance team ?
