Must have strong BA Skills and have worked in a Java and Agile environment Business Analyst with experience working in Agile environment with JAVA Developers need to also have testing skills and be skilled at both BA and QA responsibilities. Need to have mindset of both BA and QA work and be good at it. If they have worked with automated testing tools that would also be a plus Selenium will be used here. Candidtes that have Agile and have worked on Java projects. Responsibilities: Highly skilled Business analysis to gather required BI system requirements Translate business requirements into specifications that will be used to drive data store/ data warehouse/ data mart design and configuration Transition developed BI systems to the Operations & Support team Provide support as required to ensure the availability and performance of enterprise data and BI environments for both external and internal users Ensure proper configuration management and change controls are implemented for your sphere of influence Provide technical assistance and cross training to other team members Design and implement technology best practices, guidelines and repeatable processes Must be able to perform duties with moderate to low supervision Required Qualifications: 3+ years experience implementing enterprise-scale reporting systems, including : Skilled in working with SCRUM teams and users in a requirements analysis role Extensive use of SQL and RDBMS systems (DB2, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.) Strong knowledge of logical and physical data modeling concepts Proficiency with Talend BI (preferably v10.x) (Framework Manager, Transformer, Metrics Server, Analysis Studio, Report Studio, Query Studio, etc.) Talend Administration and security management is a plus Demonstrated ability with ETL tools. Familiarity with Informatica is a plus. Excellent interpersonal ( verbal and written) communication skills are required to support working in project environments that includes internal, external and customer teams Requires strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities Excellent knowledge of software development life cycle is required Ability to manage multiple priorities, and assess and adjust quickly to changing priorities Requires leadership qualities to work across a diverse team and leadership. Education Required: BA/BS in Computer Science or related field is preferable.
