Experience in IBM Mainframe technologies like COBOL, JCL, CICS, REXX, CLIST, DB2, IDMS, IMS DB TSO/ISPF and other tools like File-Aid, Abend-aid, VSAM, SPUFI. Capable of developing reusable code that is process driven. Performed requirement gathering, analysis, and rewriting existing batch COBOL and online CICS programs to support change in the process flow of an existing system. Must have experience with full life-cycle systems engineering methodologies including Concept of Operations, Requirements Analysis, conducting research, and developing formal recommendations, design and implementation of enterprise architectures. Familiar with defect tracking tools. Strong verbal and written communication skills are critical. Candidate must be able to effectively interact with all levels of customer staff, and be able to flourish in a government contract setting.
