SCIPAS is the electronic method for requesting access to the SCI Registry and as such will be built with full audit control functionality to ensure authenticity, integrity, and confidentiality. The contractor will be responsible for coding, documenting and testing of the various components of vaccine ordering and inventory control in SCIPAS as defined in the functional requirements document of the project. All code will be written in ASP.NET. All code will be properly documented using XML documentation standards. All data will be housed in DHECs DB2 and SQL Server enterprise databases.
