Experience and proficiency with Unified Modeling Language (UML) and associated use case tools such as Rational Rose and/or Enterprise Architect is also needed. Under the guidance of a Lead Software Developer, the Senior Software Developer will collaborate with company customers, staff, IT colleagues, and other stakeholders to define detained customer requirements and system interfaces, assess available technologies, and develop and present solutions.
