Expect 1st 2 weeks onsite and mixture of onsite and remote for last 4 weeks. Will need to develop and present assessment findings results. Skills Required: Detailed network architecture and design experience (Data Center, Campus, WAN, LAN) understanding industry best practices with emphasis on resiliency, scalability and availability in a global SaaS enterprise environment - Must have experience with IP Addressing, subnets, DHCP, DNS, routing (EIGRP, OSPF, ISIS, BGP), VLANs, switching, QoS, network configurations (LAN, WAN, MAN), network security (firewalls, Load Balancers, proxies) and WAN acceleration. - Must have experience with global enterprise environments including data center and call center network designs. - Must have in-depth knowledge of Cisco Routers and Switches, Juniper firewalls, Telecom/WAN Circuits (MPLS, Internet and Point-to-point) within global enterprise environments. - Understanding of capacity planning, forecasting and network traffic analysis. - Strong knowledge of network monitoring and management tools within an enterprise environment. - Network performance sizing for critical applications (e.g. bandwidth, data flow and latency requirements) Other Skills Highly Desired - Experience troubleshooting applications performance issues, ability to investigate and determine root cause from configurations and network diagrams - Experience and knowledge with cloud deployments, technologies and best practices (e.g. cloud to on premise, cloud-to-cloud, etc.) All hours worked should be at the same rate unless legally required or dictated by candidate (be sure to note the reason for OT uplifts within the Comments field).
