Performs necessary maintenance to support infrastructure security and availability. Job Specific Duties: Under limited supervision, as project leader assumes responsibility for most complex projects. Directs project team in the software/hardware support to an enterprise level multi-server environment. Provides infrastructure-related technical assistance to peer groups (Network administrators, SAN administrators, application administrator) to assist in troubleshooting infrastructure or application issues. Candidates must have 5+ years of experience designing, implementing, maintaining and troubleshooting Microsoft Server operating systems and services (Hyper-V, Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, WINS, IIS, Certificate Services, etc.). Prefer candidates that also have administration experience designing, implementing, maintaining and troubleshooting current versions of Microsoft Enterprise products (Exchange, Systems Center, SQL, SharePoint, etc.) or third-party enterprise products (Citrix, Veeam, Symantec Endpoint Protection, etc.). Candidates must be able to learn about unfamiliar topics quickly and make recommendations to management and/or business units.
